Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our fire protection and life safety services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Scope of Services

Fire Protection & Life Safety Services

Usabel Fire Protection, Corp. provides fire alarm system design, installation, monitoring, inspections, repairs, and related life safety services. The scope of work for each project or service will be defined in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

  • All work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, state, and local regulations)
  • Services may include new installations, retrofits, upgrades, inspections, testing, repairs, and emergency response
  • Client is responsible for providing access to the property and all necessary information for service delivery

Limitations

  • Usabel is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or code violations not related to our scope of work
  • Services do not include architectural, engineering, or environmental consulting unless specified in writing
  • System performance may depend on factors outside our control (e.g., building conditions, third-party equipment)

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and project requirements
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Weather or safety concerns may require rescheduling
  • Cancellation fees may apply for late notice or mobilized crews

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, check, ACH, or as agreed in writing
  • Late payments may incur interest or fees as permitted by law
  • Returned check fee: $35

Deliverables & Documentation

  • Service reports, inspection certificates, and other documentation will be provided as required by code or contract
  • Access to documentation may require full payment
  • Records are confidential and provided only to the client or as required by law

Liability and Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Usabel Fire Protection, Corp. is not responsible for:

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
  • Pre-existing or hidden conditions not discoverable by reasonable means
  • Delays or failures caused by factors outside our control
  • Losses due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of systems

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from our services shall be resolved through:

  • Written notification within 10 days of discovery
  • Opportunity for Usabel to inspect and address the issue
  • Mediation before litigation
  • Arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
